It seems like that's all there is to it. I suspect it to have more features/modes as future updates. Isn't it that the usual way mobile apps do it?
I was wondering if anyone has the data that's downloaded during the initial setup? I wanted to take a closer look at the music & various clothing items.
I could probably grab it myself but, I'd rather not root my Nexus 6 or jailbreak my iPod Touch. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Yeah, it is. I was genuinely curious if I was missing anything.
I can't get the face-to-face friend add feature to work. One phone is iPhone 6S+, the other is Galaxy S4. bluetooth, nfc, wireless, everything is all enabled on both phones. Anyone know what the issue might be?

Not sure if anyone else worked it out, but the game seems to have some sort of algorithm to make the miis do different things depending on what you say.
So far I've found:
Nintendo related words ("Nintendo", "Gameboy") produce a Mario Coin sound when your Mii reads it.
Money related ("spend", " bought") make your Mii get the money eyes and coins drop down.
Food related ("eat", "pizza") make your Mii stick it's tongue out like it's hungry.
Other action words, " shocked", "warned", etc also make the Mii do a similar action, maybe related to the poses.
Just thought it was kind of neat they did this, it gives the miis a bit of a more lifelike feel to them.

how do you put more than one mii in a photo? apparently there should be a +Mii button but it's not there
It's on the far left side of the panel where you choose the animation/expression/etc.

Are you taking a photo right after changing your miis clothes? I've noticed that if you take a photo by that method you can't add any other miis.

Is there a way to answer a question with a picture? I mean as a thumbnail not as a sitelink.
You can directly upload a picture when you're commenting other people's answers but the button doesn't appear when you are answering.

can you just do that by putting the Mii in the back layer...?
maybe if you managed to get really creative with multiple Mii copies you could perhaps make it seem like different body parts were in different layers

- Let us leave a short message at a friend's house (maybe at a "blackboard" or something on the wall, or a guestbook)
- More hairstyles, eyes and other Mii customization options
- All the Miifoto expressions should be available as Mii faces
- Let us sort the activity feed as we want (Newest/Recent Activity/Most Popular (24hr))
- Letting us customize our apartment would be cool, but maybe a bit too money sucking. At least changing colors or choose from free only color/item options.
- More ways to earn free coins!
- Let us gift shop items to friends
- Let us exchange candy for coins or tickets, and the other way around for those who want

none have my bars have moved except clothing is half way to 3. I have no clue what to do all it has me do is read q's, and answer q's. Is there a point to this? I have 4 or 5 friends. I may just delete and stop wasting my time.

You can personally go to other mii's houses to talk to them, have them ask you questions (and answer them), go to the store once in a while to buy clothes and change your outfit daily. Also if you have a shortage of friends, the miitomo subreddit and this very OT has twitter groups for you to join. Those are a few things you can do.

I don't know about iOS, but maybe try changing the Location mode in Android (there's "High Accuracy", "Power Saving" and "GPS only"). I remember when I used it a dialog box showed up (I forgot what it said now, I just pressed yes). According to this it shows up when the app needs to make a change to the settings.
