EDIT: In my attempt to get the sword, I got the hood. I think I'll stick with that. The sword requires a bit too much luck.

Thankfully it only took me to the money point to get at least ONE version of it! Those damn socks near the bottom were actually harder after that...Did get three sets of hood/suit, though.

I believe that if you linked to a Nintendo Account, you're fine. I can go from my iPhone to iPad with no issues so I'm sure it'd be the same between platforms.

So... About getting that sword. Any strategies?

Think I managed to get it by bouncing the mii off the green bouncer just to the right of it.
I was pretty lucky with the angle tho, since the yellow dots bounce you back to the right if you don't go left enough and going too far to the left will just bounce you past it.

Yessss got a katana. I ended up picking up the dark purple whatever version rather than a dark blue through (was kind of hard to tell), but that okay. Maybe I give it another go later on in the month and just get the black one.
