Eznark, you gotta learn to keep your hand off the ball when history could happen. Oh, and stop wearing wifebeaters to Brewers games. That was you, right?

Jonathan Broxton is the biggest troll in the sport. Every night, goes on in the ninth, loads the bases, gives up the maximum number of runs, then still gets the heart attack save. He's done this like 20 times. Quit fucking with us, Broxton.

Jesus fucking christ, Fredi. How do you not use a pitcher to pinch-hit and bunt Freeman over to 3rd when there's nobody out? Freeman could have scored easy on both Prado's and Simmons' fly outs.

I'm starting to turn into fucking Windu over here. I was in total disbelief when Hinske came lumbering up there and not Hudson to bunt.

Lots of people reporting the Dodgers and Astros are deep in trade talks about a deal that would send Carlos Lee to the Dodgers in exchange for high-ranked pitching prospects.

Astros would get minor league pitchers Zach Lee and Garrett Gould back in the trade.

Z. Lee is the #1 ranked prospect overall in the Dodgers system according to Baseball America. Gould is #6.

C. Lee is still owed around $9 million this season. No word on how much (if any) the Astros would cover. Since they would be getting such high prospects in return, they likely would cover a fair majority of it.

C. Lee normally would be protected by 10/5 trade protection, but he forefeited his 10/5 rights in exchange for a limited no-trade clause when he signed with the Astros. The Dodgers are on his no-trade list, so he would have to approve the deal.

that seems really steep for Carlos Lee

Only a one hitter for Dickey? Dude sucks.
The only hit was a fly ball that should've been caught, Torres and Kieuwenhuis looked at each other and neither guy went for it. Dickey should be going for a no-no right now.

lol Vin Scully. If this was a no-hitter, no way Duda would be in the game. Hairston would be in LF, Kirk would be in right.

Can someone get Scully a color commentator? He's killing me, I want to sleep listening to his monotone voice.

Windu

never heard about the cat, apparently

Thanks, Enigma. RT @AnEternalEnigma: @ajcbraves Nice softball question to Fredi instead of outright asking why he didn't bunt Freeman over.

Beautiful.

(these guys depend on clubhouse access for their livelihood, they are not going to ask any decent questions.)

Tip: Stop reading their articles and you will be a much happier person.

Duda catches the lineout, put it in the books!

Mets trounce the Dodgers 9-0, R.A. Dickey keeps rolling into the ASB. Ruben Tejada went 4-5, and Daniel Murphy had a big night, 2-4 with 5 RBIs and another homer. 3 game winning streak, tomorrow Johan Santana hopes to continue the streak.

This is the most ridiculous shit ever. Not even Ned Coletti is this stupid. No way.
