They gave good hitting, good pitching on paper, ans great speed. No Defense at all. They are an abomination in the in field.

During a fire sale, the Blue Jays inherited the players from a cancerous Florida team in the offseason. The expectation was that these players would deliver something different for this ball club, an expectation without any sort of merit. Picked up one of the best offensive players last season before he was busted for PED use and benched. They also signed the NL CY Young winner last season, he however is a knuckleball pitcher and wildy streaky.
TLDR - It's fair to laugh at them until they win.

He had TJ last August, so he won't be back until this August. Strasburg missed pretty much all of 2011 and he seems fine now.

Lot of the hype was built on career years and what guys once were. It does not mean their season is over.
Age is definitely something on his side but losing a year has to suck. It's basically a year lost for a 20 year old to develop.

Seriously Colon is amazing. He uses his fastball 90% of the time and its not even a good one these days and he still gets people out. Must be his fat distracting the batters or something.
