Will be a fairly simple argument I'm guessing. Reem gets injury/feels stressed moving to a new country and facing battery charges ahead of the most important fight of his career, friendly and understanding doctor puts him on TRT. Maybe something about excessive weight cutting from when he was a 205er in pride + repeated head trauma from all that intense Golden Glory sparring. The TRT wasn't disclosed because he hadn't applied for a license yet. He and the UFC seem to be fairly confident it will work.
Of course this will probably become a massive shitstorm, because Overeem looks so much like he's on roids that no-one will buy that he needs hormone therapy. I wonder if the popular opinion will be "Ban TRT because it's too much of a loophole," or "Overeem's a joke, TRT should be reserved for legitimate cases like Rampage and Sonnen."

Reem used him before for that battery case at the start of the year. It would be crazy if he does end up fighting after all this, but I don't really care how much he cheats, as long as i don't have to see Mir getting a title shot.
