Ok, I guess calling it a 'gaming' setup isn't doing this thing justice. but I just came across a video for this guy's DIY sim cockpit, and I'm blown away. I can't even imaging the amount of dedication and passion required for something like this.

I guess that's all you can get if you spend all your money on the rest of the stuff.

I want to play me some Balatro on that bad boy

Pointless, just get a nice chair, hotas/yoke or whatever and a VR set, then you can have every cockpit in the game fully rendered (and potentially fully interactive, especially with hand tracking for all the little switches etc. then the controllers for core controls) all around you rather than just the one...

I play some good games on these bad boys.
Love it. Its amazing that these can get id say 90% of what a much higher end systemcan get. I would get a nice 1080p OLED monitor for this though as my farsightedness is catching up to me.

Flight sim rigs have always historically been insane projects.

There was a dude years ago that had a full blown fighter jet in his garage that had been transformed into a rig. I can't find it anymore.

>100k racing sim rigs

Tell me this man did not just put this cockpit in the kitchen of what looks like a small apt/condo.
