I think in most recent memory it easily has to be The Matrix. Before that, it's a toss up between Scream and Mission: Impossible. The scene where Tom Cruise hacks that dumb computer in the CIA via elaborate cable stunt was seen in some form of almost every medium possible for quite some time.
