Has anyone said Freddie Got Fingered? Because I never liked Tom Green but for some reason I loved that movie. Every body else i know thinks it is garbage but I can watch it over and over.

Also, Pootie Tang. Great Movie. I've shown it to a few friends and never once has anybody made it through the entire thing. I think I have bad taste

I'm with you on both movies.

I don't think a lot of people here understand the thread criteria.

We've got people naming movies like Lawrence of Arabia and Empire of the Sun. Almost everybody who has seen these films love them.

A better example would be: 'I really loved The Happening' or 'Brainscan was awesome!'

I understand. So it pretty much falls in the realm of massively labeled awful movies right?

Anyways, I like: Tank Girl, Twilight, Batman Forever, all Underworld movies and original buffy the vampire slayer movie, Van Helsing and Dick Tracy.

Edit: To the person who said Kingdom of Heaven: the director's cut of that movie is hailed as one of Ridley Scott's best, so your opinion isn't all that unpopular.

Whoa shit, I never even knew an extended cut existed, just did some research on it. I knew Scott was forced to cut it down, but I had no idea he cut nearly an hour from it. Man I'm totally checking this out.

Fun with Dick and Jane

Watched this last night, loved it!

As for me; I  Huckabees was a movie I saw with my bud and we walked out of the theatre amongst a group of people talking shit about it; we both loved it!

That bit where they dress up as burglars and have voice disruptors on had me in stitches for ages! :lol

I loved I <3 Huckabees. I thought everyone did until I found out that in fact, no, nobody liked it. :(

Great film.

I'm sure there are many who like this movie but it seems like the thread has turned more towards 'I feel this movie needs more respect':

Such a stunningly beautiful movie (which got average reviews upon release).
I watch and enjoy Dune and Lawrence of Arabia for similar experiences.

All my friends hate Contact and I hate all of my friends.
Someone else mentioned it in this thread, so I lent it from a mate the other day. It's a cool film still. Kind of like 2001 with none of the subtlety (sp?).
