so basically there is no way of seeing the spartan ops unveil if you missed it on spike?
That floating giant ball! What the fuck is that thing!?!?
Still missing Marty's magic touch.![]()
Has there been a confirmation that other Spartans exist in Halo 4?
Yes, a new breed of Spartans called Spartan 4's, they are who you play as in MP and Spartan Ops missions. No idea if they appear in Campaign or not, but as they are on the Infinity, and that ship plays a major role in the Campaign, I would not be surprised.

Moreover, a demo from one of the first levels in the game?

Is the new Cortana model based off a real person this time around?
That's cool but I'd rather not have it in my HUD. Also, weapon sounds. We were promised eruptions from Mount Olympus. Currently they are drowned out by just about everything else.We did use full body performance capture for Cortana this time around.
Is it just me or does that vehicle look like a giant Spartan helmet on wheels?
Also was not paying too much attention to this but it has crept back on to my radar again and will pay a bit more attention to it.

Carrying him in a sedan chair, feeding him grapes, giving him foot massages. Those other spartans better treat Chief like the legend he is.
Looks like a game I'll be tired of in two months of playing it.
A fun two months though, I'll give it that.

I don't think so, these guys are fully suited. Those look more like ODSTs to me.

If they are ODST's they decided to wear IV armor.[/QUOTE]
Nice catch.
I really wonder what had to give for the game to look this good on hardware this old.

Well for one, the enemies evaporate when you shoot them, looks cool, but also saves a ton of horsepower for other things...
Another, I am going to guess that Textures are not all as high resolution as Halo 3-Reach.
Kind of like how Halo 2 looked way better than Halo CE, however, they got rid of detail textures to do so. I am assuming the same will hold true for Halo 4.
The rest can be chaulked up to different art style, and 6 years since Halo 2 to evolve software and understanding of the hardware.
doesn't replace anything.have watched the trailer a good 1o times, each time it amsazes me...hyped more then any Halo sine Halo 2
like how the prothean knights teleporting is a nice replacement for the elites active camo
Well we know, at the very least, that grunts and jackals leave corpses.Well for one, the enemies evaporate when you shoot them, looks cool, but also saves a ton of horsepower for other things...
Oh damn it... watching that footage again, and the Chief's shoulder plates are still hovering inexplicably over his arms. Just saying, maybe they should be attached or something.
No idea if it's still interesting or not, but I've got the whole gameplay sequence in high quality, straight from MS:
