Mysterious metal Monolith found in Utah

A strange metal monolith has been discovered in the Utah desert by a helicopter crew, leaving local authorities baffled.
Wildlife officials spotted the "unusual" object while counting sheep during a flyover in a remote south-eastern area of the US state.
They said the structure had been planted in the ground between red rock.

The Utah Department of Public Safety Aero Bureau released images of the rectangular-shaped metal object in a news release last week.
It said authorities would determine if "they need to investigate further".
"It is illegal to install structures or art without authorisation on federally managed public lands, no matter what planet you're from," the department said.

Personally I think it's a bit soon to unveil the Ps5 Pro.

Nice troll, I've thought about doing things like this many times and making it look legit but it's been done many times and it's just a waste of peoples working hours if you make it legit enough to be investigated. You aren't trolling people online at that point but just being a dick.

There have been so many movies, books, games, ect with so many "alien" or "Mystical" plot devices that if we ever actually found something weird we might be all, "Fake, was in such and such movie", and ignore it. Makes you think though...

What if Arthur C. Clarke "KNEW" something, or channeled something into his work? Just sayin'...

Its a device that measures the right temperature of the earth so that aliens can harvest the planet the best way possible.

Because it's fun to think it might be something else? It's not of course but we have fun here.

exactly! We all know it’s placed by human but what’s the fun of that? Nothing wrong with fantasizing a bit. Keeps the brain young I think

Most observers presumed it was an installation left by a sculptor, with some saying it resembled the work of late minimalist artist John McCracken

McCracken was released

I don't find this all that interesting. Literally distracted by shiny objects. It's a piece of sheet metal in the ground doing nothing.

This was found 9 years after the Fukushima melt down.

this was found on 11/24/20.

11 = L L

2 = Z

4= A

0 = O

Remaining 2 = 2. 2KYO. Tokyo.

now, back to the 9 years since Fukushima. 9 sort of looks like a lowercase “g”.

so we have G O Z L L A

I’ll let you guys solve the remainder of the puzzle the aliens have left us.

Nowhere was it mentioned if there were tire tracks, footprints. etc....anywhere near the monolith. Also, at the end of the article it mentions that it looks like the work of a specific artist. IT"S A LONG RECTANGLE.
