Gene Hackman and wife found dead, in their home

Something really dark that I saw mentioned is that due to his condition he might have realised she was dead multiple times.

It’s a horrible disease, its what took my mother several years ago

Still remember the day walking in to see her and she didn’t know who I was, so lost her twice.

So odd that she forgot my dad first who was taking care of her and they had been married for over 40 years then me who she saw 2 or 3 times a week

But right until the end she always knew who my wife was, always said how happy she was to see her and every time we asked who she was she replied “that’s Kim” in a very duhhh dumbass tone.
Damn man, so sorry for your loss.

Bunch of his stuff is on Prime currently -

Unforgiven
French Connection I and II
Enemy of the State
Crimson Dawn
Hoosiers
Get Shorty
Royal Tenenbaums
The Birdcage
Poseidon Adventure
Behind Enemy Lines
Welcome to Mooseport
Under Fire
Cisco Pike

I just watched Enemy of the State and it's pretty crazy how a movie from 1998 captured the far reaching consequences of an unrestricted surveillance state and its abuse of power.

Without trying to sound like a cunt because it’s terrible - but would the dog, you know, made a beeline for the bodies and taken a nibble?

Or is that shit only in the movies?

Again a terrible way to go I’m not trying to be nasty. Genuine question.

EDIT: Ah the dog in question was in a cage.

doggie out of cage would probably guard the body till death.
cats would eat the owners first chance it gets.

When I was a kid the elderly lady one house over had tons of cats had at least 20 inside the house and outside all over the yard and porch and yeah they ate her when she died.

Me watching this movie when it came out in 1998: "Wow that's scary, thank goodness that could never happen here."

Osama Bin Laden: "Hold my arak"

It's also a who's who of millennial 90s actors that everyone knows.
