so once again I will do a contest to see who will get a code by guessing my 2nd favorite pokemon!!!(since Espeon will always be the GOAT) so any here are the rules

1) NOTE: These are NA codes
2) Quote me with your guess of my 2nd favorite pokemon
3) You only get one pick; basically choose from 1-721; the pokemon name will be nice as well
4) Since these are new codes everyone is welcome to enter
5) Entries will be open for the next 24 hours
6) the 15 who guess correctly or are the closest will get a code
7) And no the pokemon is not Darkria....so saved you a pick

If it says "Your game cannot receive the gift this code provides." then your code is of a different region than your game. Remember code events are region locked. If it says something different refer to this page to determine what is wrong.
 
So with the Legendary birds that leaves me with 11 mythic/legendary pokemon so far this year. I wonder what the grand total will be by years end if they keep on adding to the number?

PSA: The Legendary Bird codes are now being distributed by email if you signed up to receive the Pokemon Trainer Club Newsletter by April 22. I just got my codes.

EDIT: Oops looks like it already got mentioned. Oh well.

For those looking for the legendary bird email, the email subject is "Get the Mythical Pokémon Darkrai in May!". When I heard about it, I had to check that last email out of curiosity if it was the one or they would send another one.

Unfortunately, I don't have any codes to give away for the birds :<

Many thanks saw it in my email almost deleted it yes! I registered on pokemon trainer club after the 22 got the codes anyway I am very happy.

Mostly, yes. There is a small possibility you'll get it anyway. Otherwise your only chance to get them legitimately is to hope someone gives out some codes or to trade/buy them. There could be another distribution but that is very unlikely.

Also, one of the only things Serebii is inferior to others at is its coverage of events. Use Bulbapedia/Bulbanews or Reddit instead.
