When is the first dlc pack releasing? I'm trying to get my Sound 4 on.
It doesn't make up for the rest of the story mode's lazy cutscenes and storytelling.
The only good parts where the 3d scenes...

So, the fighting system is subpar, but that doesn't make the game not fun.
What I thought about, you can't do anything to defend yourself once your substitutions run out.
I think CC2 should do something about that, nothing drastic, just a small way to defend yourself once your subs run out, nothing too good, just a little something that would take risk.
I don't know what that thing would be.

Er... You can block, dodge, and use Reverse Ninja Dash to put a lot of space between you and the opponent.
And since Revolution there's the Counterattack, too.
It's can actually be extremely easy to turtle in these games.

Well that's the opponent's reward for catching you without any substitutions - being able to land a full combo with impunity.

Any tips for getting S Ranks? 90% health with no way to heal is tough, especially in the later game fights. One or two hits puts you below that and the bosses have so much health.

Has there been any news on a patch for PC? Matches are fine for me, but menu navigation, cutscenes/storymode, and QTE's chug along and the frame rate drops to make it impossible to do anything outside of fights.
Rush them down. Chakra dash and mash out a full combo . Dont go for ultimates or ninjustu and chakra dash the instant they substitute to keep the pressure on.
At the very least there have been newer builds of the game under testing according to SteamDB.
The last update to the preview build was just 3 hours ago even.

That's...very disappointing to say the least, that after a week that's all they're fixing so far.
Finally got to play it yesterday. I skipped all of the slideshow storytelling and just watch the 3D animated ones as they come. Since I just recently watched this arc, there was nothing lost. The action in the fights were incredibly satisfying as always.
Played some online and I was completely ripped apart, but as I got better, the game got a lot more fun too. The game bugs out to the PS menu most times I've tried to play online. Hope they fix this soon.

Yeah, there are numerous significant scenes and explanations cut, important dialogue cut, filler scenes and almost canon contradicting dialogue.....the whole Kaguya thing was undersold as well.
If you are expecting an accurate representation of the manga then this game is not that.

Gotta ask, how are the camera angles and animations during the cutscenes?
I am playing through the second one and I noticed that the camera angles go behind the character that is talking so CC2 didn't have to animated their facial expressions. And the lip syncing and animations are pretty bad at times. Sometimes it breaks the immersion of me playing it. But overall, I am enjoying the second one despite its faults.

Maintaing >90 health in some of these fights for S rank seems impossible.

Recently finished Story Mode, Acquired S rank on all missions there were only a few difficult ones in my opinion.
My advice as others have said is to rush the opponent and keep an eye on their projectiles as they're often the cause of slight chip damage leading to A ranks. Some of the battles though started to get annoyingly buggy on repeated attempts such as the

All in all though I actually really liked playing through this game I felt like they did a great job with ending the "ultimate storm" series, the cutscenes could have been executed better in some parts though with less reliance on anime stills. The final fight was well done although is a pain to S-Rank due to
