But that would mean the Reapers are real, too! Can't have that happen.
They won't be coming for like 200 years so we're good.

http://www.coasttocoastam.com/ should be fun to hear insane, cray cray predictions.
Mark Watney is alive.
Mars is such a shit hole.
Human skeleton found. 500 years old. The entire world goes ballistic.
What would happen if this occurred? Finding human skeletons on a planet other than earth? It would make all the origins of humans obsolete lmao.
It's so close to impossible it would fundamentally change everything we know about every field of science. Honestly, the entire scientific community would throw their proverbial hands up.
I keep hoping some bonkers ass shit like this happens at some point. We find a human skeleton somewhere it shouldn't be. We find evidence of an intelligent race that lived and dissappeared on this planet before us. We discover something utterly trippy about space that makes zero sense at all. I realize nothing like this would ever happen but it would be crazy to live through
Oh, I agree. I would love it.
That would make living in this century awesome. Born to soon to discover/fly to planets. Born to late to discover continents.
What if we originally are Martians, our ancestors destroyed life on Mars with nuclear technology, but some survivors escaped the planet to live on another near one and it was Earth? It would be the most interesting way to turn over what we think we know, that's for sure.

What if in the future, we repeat the same error and we go back to live again on Mars our home planet without knowing it?
Aliens made them sign an intergalactic NDA with an embargo. If NASA ever did discover proof of ET life somewhere, you think they'd make announcements of announcements? or just talk about it right away?

I like that idea, we could it The Mutant Chronicles. What if we crash landed on Earth thanks to a malfunctioning Martian super weapon on our ship, and then have to destroy said super weapon after a long bloated journey filled with religious imagery and that's kinda rushed in the second half?
I think they would have an announcement of an announcement. You're not going to post something like that on a website out of the blue. And you'd want lots of media to be present and stuff so you'd announce a big conference coming up. How else would you do it? Just sit in a room and do the reveal to noone? If NASA ever did discover proof of ET life somewhere, you think they'd make announcements of announcements? or just talk about it right away?
They really should just make some crazy shit up to get people interested in space programs again.
Wait - isnt September 28th supposed to be the Apocalypse (revised from Sept 23)?
from wikipedia:
An apocalypse (Ancient Greek: ἀποκάλυψις apokálypsis, from ἀπό and καλύπτω meaning "uncovering"), translated literally from Greek, is a disclosure of knowledge, i.e., a lifting of the veil or revelation. In religious contexts it is usually a disclosure of something hidden.
Is anyone still interested in that scam?I thought the Mars One venture got that covered?

NASA finds Obama's birth certificate on Mars and he is actually a alien.

What if it actually is concrete evidence of alien life? Actual observable alien life!
Will it even be that big deal? Most people believe there is some life out there, and if its just like a small microb, then will people care?
Alien life, even if it's microscopic, will be one of the greatest discoveries in history of the mankind. What if it actually is concrete evidence of alien life? Actual observable alien life!

There's a whole lot we can learn about the origin of life, the possibility of life on other planets and stuff like the great filter that it's not even funny.
And that's before we get into philosophical and theological stuff.
I seriously doubt that it is though.
Such ranking are pretty arbitrary, but yeah, it would be up there. It would probably be the greatest finding IMO.
Today, NASA has held a press conference unveiling their discovery of motherfucking aliens on Mars. Evidence of some John Carter-ass shit went down and has the scientific community baffled. There are aliens fucking everywhere. There may also be evidence that water coexisted with aliens at one point.
Quick Google search of the participants, such as Ojha Lujendra, who authored publications on Recurring Slope Lineae, makes me think it's probably going to be about that.

My number one guess is more in depth comprehension of what RSL is made of, since it is currently a "mystery".
