It landed safely thanks to all of the hard work of the people at NASA. I can't wait to see what Curiosity eventually discovers!

the thing must have been landed for a few minutes and we already had a picture. How can data travel that fast from planet to planet.

Wonder if they built in little brushes to wipe away dust from the cameras. Or maybe compressed air to knock it off.

Always wondered why they didn't do this with the previous mission. Build in some auto-cleaning system for the solar panels.
