From what I can tell beer belly guy seemed to have been injured by his window or something when white car crashed into him. He comes out angry. Gets somewhat restrained but is still fuming. In an effort to get away or scare him off, white car pulls forward and crashes into another car, seemingly nearly pinning beer belly. White car fam gets out of the car and onto the sidewalk.
He was trying to smash that car in other BMW car owner I think.
Also kicking door to hit the other guy. He is a pussy though. Not caring about little girl either.
