I don't see your point. They can still get fouled in transition.
GS regularly locks in on defense as the game progresses. They're usually pretty sloppy starting out.

Curry gets the 42nd most fouls called in his favor in the NBA, thats hardly nothing. Besides Durant is 22nd and refs need to even those foul numbers.
Of the players with the most fouls drawn per game this season, the top 7 were all the solo star on their team for most of the season

LOL at Draymond not even getting a mention as an elite defender, and one that "threatens the safety of the officials" and constantly kicking other players.

Durant, Dray, Javale, Iggy & Curry all constantly take it inside, in the paint, to the rim.
If Curry could get the "touch" fouls that Harden got, he would have on average an additional 4-10 points per game off the &1's & actually attempted to be made missed shots.
Draymond is a clutch defender often making stops when extremely critical. And likely the #1/#2 contender for that DPOY award, so I not even sure how he is left out of anyone's conversation on the subject.
and the Warriors are constantly snubbed on calls, outside of Durant, on all sorts of plays*.
The sheer amount of uncalled fouls on Curry at the 3pt line is baffling though. But honestly, it's part of what makes them so fun to watch. They don't over sell the foul with a fake shot attempt, they instead power though and often make the shot anyway, never counting on the foul to be called because 90% of the time it's not.
*not saying other teams don't have missed calls, but Harden gets benefit of the doubt on obvious foul seeking "non-calls". Lebron gets all sorts of non-calls, while watching him run over people. Curry is the biggest superstar to not get superstar calls, as if they dare him to just win anyway.

The Wolves desperately need a primary ballhandler. Lavine, Wiggins and KAT all play tremendously well without the ball in their hands.
Wolves are probably going to end up with another non-shooting guard as well. Wonder if they'd be interested in trading Lavine to move up in the draft

Rubio is our primary ballhandler as he should be until we find a a PG who can shoot consistently and make good decisions
I say trade Lavine because he really isn't good offball and can't play defense at all plus it'll move Wiggins to his natural position of SG
Tell Curry to stop shooting so many 3s and it'll probably happen. Majority of Harden's fouls are legitmate fouls, it's just a cheap tactic.

He can probably still do most of this stuff, even if he did lose some athleticism.

The Wolves won 3 more games then the Sixers. They had the same record as the Knicks. Rubio is not a good enough PG to start in the league unless he can realistically shoot the ball well.

I really thought Dwight was going to be the next Shaq. It felt so right especially that '09 year. Seeing him become a bit of a journeyman hurts.
Rubio is a fantastic defender, passer, and actually became a good shooter post ASB
He is the starting PG for the future unless we could draft someone good.

Minny should have drafted Poeltl to sure up their interior defense and used the extra guard minutes to develop Tyus Jones
Still may as well try and develop Dunn.
If Minny could find a good defensive C that's going to be a good compliment to KAT it might be worth trading down/out of the draft.

That PF is KAT. Dude is 6'11 and played PF in College. He's more of a part time C then a full time defensive C. Better to grab a big boddied 7fter if you can find one.

So last year Curry averaged 4.5FDpG. This year with KD. 3.5.
Last year Draymond Green averaged 3.8 Fouls drawn per game. This year 2.9
Would you really say this year Curry and Green have gotten less deserving of almost 2 fouls calls per game? Or are Referees just distributing those calls to Durant. I would argue the second point personally.

When you write up some bullshit narrative, the onus is on you to provide the evidence not someone else. And for a dude has the 2nd best handles in the game who shoots only 3 shots less than last year, him being 42nd is not as bad as it looks when he has KD is literally nonsensical. He shoots 3 shots less, that's the stat that matters.
