Biggest difference, imo, is that they're making jumpers instead of layups. Lebron, if he's shooting well, doesn't have to expend as much driving.

That being said, Cavs need to selectively run, probably reason for the JR foul

They have a better chance with this pace at home given that the role players are more likely to show up and take some of the load off LeBron, but still this probably isn't sustainable for them.
