does the tint of the show seem more...orange to anyone else?

Yes!

And the cinematography is a bit different from the Pilot.

EL TIGRE CHINO!

I'm almost glad I didn't see too many movies this summer, so Ken Jeong isn't completely overexposed to me at this point.

Did I not see John Oliver's name in the credits, though? =(

"And the worst part is, when it's all over..."
"SPOILERS!"
"...it's gonna be like it never even happened--Hey Ahved, real stories... they don't have spoilers. You understand that TV and life are different right?"

:lol

'You guys realize he was beaten to death, right?'
'That is where we got the idea from.'

:lol

:lol McHale is a BEAST with that speech. The show's smart as hell, despite the nagging truth that a dude that tried this hard would never get the girl.

I am officially in love with this show now. NBC Comedy, sans Weekend Update/Leno, is untouchable now.

McHale's synopsis of the plot was crackin' me up so bad, and the super-happy "340 Murders in Guatemala!" sign is up there with The Office's "It is your birthday." banner.

I agree for the most part, but I like the characters enough to keep watching.
Yeah, it's kind of awkward. There are six of us watching it right now and it's almost completely silent the whole show. I want to like it so much :/

Boy, Law and Order is on Fridays?

A 20 year franchise coming to end is freaking huge. And SVU is down right now.

Lol this belief was jsut confirmed.

...Hmmm.

I mean, the show as whole is really enjoyable. All the characters are likable and the writing's smart.

But the comedy never really pops. If they want the show to be glorious, they're gonna have to amp the drama and push the show more towards a Freaks and Geeks vein.

The speech this montage is depicting, I'd pay hard cash to see a film of that. Only if it was a two-person movie that took place entirely in the classroom.

God, their presentation had me dying :lol Two episodes in, this show is already way better than The Office. Fucking love it.

No. This episode had several funny lines, but really didn't capture the same feeling as the pilot. I wouldn't watch something like that more than two or three more times.

edit:
and i get shown up in the last 15 seconds with the best rap i've ever heard, non biggie-division.

So far, of course, the characters are great. They're set and ready to go.

Work on the situational humor a bit, and this show will reach for that table.

The rap at the end, was awesome. :lol

I'm loving the show. This episode was funnier than the pilot.

Alright, Community must succeed now. Such a great episode. Especially how they didn't even explain some of the jokes like some sitcoms would(silent protest). Chase and McHales presentation was completely amazing.:D
