No you don't get to quote yourself and pretend you're a different person. It's in the TOS... I'm sure of it.
I wasn't aware of that. I thought it was humorous... I wasn't "pretending" =P

Even the worst episode of Community is still pretty funny. Abed's dance was a great ending.
I completely disagree. Abed has asperger's, and for the first 6 or so episodes, it was represented fairly accurately. Now, he's just... kind of different, and oddly socially smart? Either way, it's wrong.

Some good parts, some off parts.

I'm fine with them trying to push more plot than jokes, but some of it seemed a little too heavy handed. Jeff/Britta was far better as a early season misdirect than something to actively be pushed along in the show.

Overall enjoyed the episode, though not as much as various others.

"It's Beau! Beau Bridges!"

You guys are crazy. I've loved this one. So infinitely better than the shitty Jack Black one.

Yes, agreed! I'm not sure what you guys are talking about... Way better than last weeks ep!

I liked this episode just fine. I don't get what you people are talking about.

That said, I'm also officially rejecting both Team Britta and Team Annie in favor of Team Statistics Teacher. Soooo hot.

Agreed. There were at least 5 laugh out loud moments in this, possibly more. Best line:

"Shouldn't the flowers be dying from the tea?" :lol :lol

YES !!

I need her name to plug into Google... and hurry.

I gave the show another shot tonight.

I didn't laugh, not once. Parks is horrid, so far, as well.

I'm still a fan of Annie but fuck the Jeff/Britta pairing, I really like that Stats teacher.

They overdid Pierce, underdid Jeff, wasted Sheila and I find it odd that Abed wouldn't have known about Troy's dancing since they are seemingly inseparable. Not the greatest episode. I laughed, but I acknowledge it.

I'm surprised they seemed to have remembered the Annie/Troy thing, since I had forgotten all about it

They need to slow play Britta/Jeff. Shows are always better before the love interests get together.
They made the mistake of bringing back the awesome teacher. She's just so much better.

Big Bang theory seems to make it work, but yeah...most shows jump the shark when this happens. I think the key is not to drag it out TOO much.

Seems like no one here really dug this episode much. Try another episode. I ran through the first 13 episodes yesterday and now I love it.

Team Annie!!
:D

Community is better without it. Keep it at Jeff occasionally flirting and it's fine.

It wasn't that horrible. Annie's expression at the dance recital and when Britta held Troy's hand, the Dean's form and everything Pierce said made the episode ok.

My thoughts exactly. I think that was the Dean's best episode. I LOL'd during his scenes quite often.

Am I the only one who busted out laughing when the Dean said "Well for one thing it's all over Twitter" with Pierce slowly putting his phone in his pocket?:lol :lol

Is this the sort of show that you can just jump in anywhere, or would it be better to start at the start?

I'd recommend that you start at the beginning, but whatever you do... just don't start with this week's episode.

Start at the beginning.....so worth it, because there are quiet a few in-jokes throughout.

This series has been pretty hit and miss for me so far but tonight's episode was great! ...So then I check this thread and find everyone complaining :lol It's hilarious how this forum always manages to reach the incorrect consensus regarding everything.

No potential for Annie gifs = GAF thinks its a bad episode.

I liked it much more than last weeks show. Jack Black ruined the funny.

I just caught up with the show. I initially didn't really care for the show, but I really started digging it right around the 3rd or 4th episode. And also, I liked the episode tonight.

It's a 25 episode season, so we've still got quite a few to go before the season wraps up.

Just finished the episode. It was kinda subpar... it felt like everyone was forced to tone their characters down and play against their established roles. It felt weird.
