Ah, so much better. First truly great song, but Javier's was pretty good too (solely because his vocal capacity).

Holy 80s power ballad.

Felt like it didn't really take off though, and Vicci's voice was a bit shaky. I like Vicci though, so it's kind of a bummer.

Wow, hell fucking yes! Dia has this one in the bag. I'm stunned. She better win!

I'm actually pretty excited about it.

I happen to like Katharine McPhee though, so I'd be checking it out regardless.

This.

Can't stand her at all. She just oozes arrogance and selfishness.

Eh. If she were a dude you wouldn't be saying that. You can tell she's super competitive though, not that I blame her.

Adam Levine is so damn fine. NNNGGGGGH

Picking your own songs (Lady Marmalade and Beautiful) and giving backhanded compliments to the competition is just poor. I can understand being competitive, but try being a good sport at least.

I don't even like Javier, but compare that performance to this one, complete with awkward hip thrusts.

If I end up in the bottom three, it won't be because I sang the song bad; it won't be because I sang the song wrong. It'll be because everybody in America wasn't ready to look at themselves in the mirror.

Holy crap. I've never watched Idol but that guy is a powerhouse. Not to mention fabulous.

I really liked Vicci's part of the duet. Cee Lo was kinda scary. XD

My thoughts on the whole show...

Alright, so I hate to sound like a broken record, but I think Dia really owned it tonight. She has the best original song by far, and her duet with Blake was really solid. Her voice is intoxicating, I love her style, and she just seems like a cool person. I really hope she wins.

Beverly probably would be my second choice, based on tonight's performances only. I thought she gave two good performances, but I think the song choices really didn't make use of her talent.

Vicci would be third, but I actually would rank her almost even with Beverly overall. Her original song wasn't that interesting, but I thought she did really great in the duet.

Javier was just boring. I don't mean to keep bagging on the guy, but my interest plummets when he sings. His voice is strong for sure, (though I think some people are giving him a bit too much credit) but I don't like the "vocal acrobatics", and I don't feel like he's offering anything unique.

Anyway, I'm really interested to see what happens tomorrow. I have an idea of how things will probably play out, but I don't think anyone is out of contention.

I don't understand how on the site it seems like you can vote endlessly.
I think you can submit votes endlessly, but they don't register over 10 for each contestant. You could, theoretically, use alternate e-mail addresses to do as many as you want to.

Anybody else watching the final round tonight? lol
Just started it. The intro was ... interesting. The combination of bad mixing and voices that simply don't blend well even if they're good by themselves made Under Pressure sound a bit like amateur night at a Karaoke bar (yes, that's probably a bit of hyperbole)

Currently charting on iTunes:

Dia Frampton's Inventing Shadows is at #4
Javier Colon's Stitch by Stitch is at #9
Vicci Martinez's Afraid to Sleep is at #40
Beverly McClellan's Lovesick is at #72

Ya'll better be voting for Dia! ^_^

Easily the best voice I've heard in a long time. Plus, her single was quite simply perfection.

EDIT: lol, was charting. Charts went back to old version for me.

OMG DIA.

Please win. :)

Pitbull, huh? This is the refreshment break for me.

Kind of wish Vicci's song hadn't been that song. I think it'll grow on me, but it didn't really show the power she had on Rolling in the Deep and F'n Perfect (among other things). Seriously, her version of Rolling is now way more enjoyable to me than the original version.

And christ almighty Christina, would it kill you to say something nice about an artist other than your own?

lol i looked away from the screen for like 2 seconds and missed it then my mom started screaming about what Cee-Lo did. he's fucking crazy lol

Really like Vicci as a performer, but I think it's safe to say Dia's got this. Javier was just disappointing. And Beverly was decent, I guess.

Could never get behind Vicci, though it'd be great for a Tacoman to win. I'd say it's a tossup between Dia/Javier. Dia best win.
