I go to a university and after moving in again after summer break, the network has changed a bit. I can no longer play any games online (counterstrike, yahoo games, nothing) and I can't connect to any p2p network. I've d/l'ed a few different programs and none of them work. I can't even connect to any IRC servers. I'm no tech genius, so can anyone explain what's going on/tell me how to get around it?
