Expect to see a lot of Last of Us and Metal Gear Rising. There'll probably be some unannounced Nintendo game which gets ton of critical acclaim later in the year too. Unannounced because all Nintendo games get announced 2 days before release. Lol.

2013 will be the year Dota 2 officially launches and I expect GAF to vote it up quite high.

ME3 was my GOTY. But to not recognize that the ending got a shitload of hate would basically have been entirely dishonest on my part. Also, you left out the part where I said it was the best campaign in the series.

Yes , thank god, when is see stuff like Nintendoland, NSMBU and ZombiU getting hyped into oblivion by some people i´m happy there are not nearly enough of them to push a mediore (not necessarily saying Pikmin is such a game) game to the first spot just because it´s Nintendo exclusive.

Believe it or not, there are some good games available on every platform.

A good portion of GAF is afraid of competitive multiplayer (or, to take it a step further, human interaction). It could have a few million people playing it by the end of the year and a 90+ Metacritic rating but I don't think it'll crack the GAF top ten.

With how polarizing the game is, people who love it will certainly vote it on first place. There are already people having spent thousands of hours on this game... It's gonna be interesting. When League of Legends was released it faired fairly "ok"ish, but it took years for the game to explode. If it was possible to vote for it today it would also be pretty high on the list.
