I guess too little too late..... People were clamoring for a ass creed in Japan playing as a ninja assassin years before ghosts. They could've started this feudal japan Renaissance. Just like people have been clamoring for a proper pirate game based on black flag but nope.

You have screenshots showing his muscle?
Jesus Fucking Christ man. You think he gets his extreme human power from eating noodles? Wake the F up.

You can clearly see he's muscular. Also, you can't have that power without being muscular.

Wake the F up.

Holy fuck you're a clown. It's a videogame. You can stomp people into oblivion and across the battlefield in Valhalla. Where are the steroids and gyms in that game? Why is it such a problem in this one?

It's not a problem. I'm just stating facts. Nobody in that day and age had that amount of power nor looked like that. I'm just stating facts. It's unrealistic and it's just too much. This dude shouldn't even be in the fucking game. We wanted 2 Japanese characters.

And yes, I know how unrealistic AC is. I said this like 15 times already in this thread.

I'm just laughing at this notion that there is nothing Tsushima does better without even playing Shadows. To me, the visuals look much cleaner in GoT and the cleverness of using the wind to point a direction is much better than a solid white line. There. "One thing"

And I love TLOU 2, so much for that worthless generalization. You are just living up to your tag yet again.
It's not just the organic nature of the exploration, it's the fact that Ghost was the first to introduce different stances, with each being effective against different types of enemies. This is just one way and it's off the top of my head. How about using environmental cues, like birds and foxes to find Inari shrines and Haiku mats or hot springs.

Are we forgetting how pristine and immaculate the art was in the game, especially the environment? Ghost almost perfected the AC formula before Ubisoft could and I've no doubt Yotei will go above and beyond even that. Imagine a company like Sucker Punch, who's never made a game like Ghost, almost perfecting a formula that Ubisoft took more than a decade to master and still hasn't figured out how to perfect yet.

Looks ok, 10 euros for a month of ubipass pc and the fear goes away.

Graphic is severely underwhelming for what is ubisoft nextgen only tip of the spear in terms of releases, it looks worse than forbidden west other than the light system, one could say that yt compression kill the details vut they zoom so much on vegetation and rocks in a certain scene so there is really no mistake.
Not sure if sushi2 looks any better tbh.

I for the love of me never get why this concept never caught on, I thought for sure we would see so many copy cats of that.

Shame. One of the few new concepts that imho should have been put in so many games.
The reason is very simple, they have the patent of the tech, like rockstar is the only one who can use euphoria.

The next game where they are gonna waste the nemesys system is the mext wonder woman game.

Such a huge waste of a tech, it made even a mediocre game like mordor shine somehow.

I'm hoping Shadows will bring in some of the charm that we experienced with GoT. Sucker Punch wove lot of Japanese culture into the fabric of that game and that is evident in how well received the game was in Japan and Tsushima in particular. And none of that charm was obvious to me until I actually played the game. There is so much nuance that is just left out of trailers.

They've already pissed off the Japanese with the inaccuracies. Stepping beyond Yasuke, there is even more criticism being levelled at mistakes like the architecture looking more Chinese, misplaced torii gates and persimmons being harvested in the wrong season. Ubisoft's performative DEI advisors are completely clueless. They're the type to complain about Mexican stereotypes and then accidentally cast voice actors with a Spanish dialect.

I wonder how much of the criticism was taken to heart and caused the delays. For example, the new video doesn't show the stupid trap doors on the tower roofs that made absolutely no architectural or functional sense. They pulled the one-legged Torii gate plush toy as well. I guess we will have to wait for release and see if the issues are still egregious or can be excused as "creative license". GoT had a lot of inaccuracies too, but were given a pass because they nailed the fundamentals and showered everything with love and respect.
