GIFs are a terrible representation of image quality. My bet is that the aliasing is still present, though it may have been improved a bit. Still, the compression and resolution reduction will hide a lot of that stuff

I tweeted them a while back asking if you could turn it off. They never replied. I remember them saying they wanted it so nobody gets an advantage, but it looks ugly and annoying more than distracting.

Mario Kart and so many other racers handle people going off racing line much better. That timer is jarring.. it is going to get very frustrating.

I never said that they said it (not that I'd be surprised if they did). It is certainly the angle they were going when promoting the new Forza and if a corridor racer is now a negative thing than they have succeeded.

Yes, and it wasn't a bad thing when GT or Forza were released but it is now for some reason.

I agree, i dont know why the term "corridor racer" is being used now. Tons of racing games are like that and personally i dont think i've ever seen the term "corridor racer" before, except recently with Driveclub.
