Are pre-sale tickets generally just single seats? Just looking for two next to each other, but that doesn't seem to be available in the pre-sale section for Detroit.

I'm having the same thing: a couple one-seat tickets (really good seats, but I need a pair) but no two-seat options yet.
They are doing a live interview on YouTube right now. Murdoc and 2D are in the studio (through 3D motion capture) and Russell just called in. It's pretty cool.

Edit:Nevermind, so it looks like you can't just use a code and it has to be charged through an american express card.

It's not for scalpers more so as it's for megafans that want to secure their chances of getting a ticket before things totally sell out, and also get a ticket for their preferred spot rather than settling. It might not be entirely sold out. It might vary venue to venue, but I know a lot of venues don't have all the seats up for sale during the pre-sale, just a selection of them.
