To be honest, I don't like him, like AT ALL.

But losing weight so quickly at his age could be a sign of very serious illness like fighting against a cancer with chemotherapy, and I will never wish, even to my worst enemy or the most hated person, to have a cancer or anything similar disease.

Cancer is a fucking bitch for humans, and even for animals, and I'm sincerely hoping that Phil is not in this case.

In addition, AMD themselves have explicitly mentioned they count the Steam Deck as a "console" when it comes to how they categorise it:
