Happens everywhere there is public transportation. Here, in Ottawa, women have been asking the transit authority for an easier way to report this - for years. An app was finally created to make it easier to report these incidents and in the space of one year women have reported dozens of public exposure incidents.

I saw it with my own eyes in Penn Station. Dude has his pants down and was straight up staring at some girls (like 16-18, I dunno) and was just stroking his junk furiously.

I'm just cynical. I've seen it too many times to think she'd just flip out cause he had a bag on his lap. Everyone does that so she prolly saw something else. Now is this enough to convict in a court? No, not without witnesses.

Yes, it happens a lot, but the guy could legitimately have some kind of rash and was just scratching in that area using his bag as a shield. And maybe he's just timid, so couldn't stick up for himself when berated like this in public.

The main point to consider here is that it is so rife that the women could be primed to explode like this at the faintest hint of sexual deviancy in public.

Of course, he could have been doing what she suggested, but the possibility exists for the former. This video doesn't show us enough to know.

If it is the latter then that poor fucking guy. If it's the former then I have no sympathy at all.

Someone asked him if he was someone's tutor, and where his child was. He answered "over there" while vaguely pointing towards a direction outside the park. People started arguing and ended up leaving when they realized the dude had no interest in what they were complaining about.

When that happens to someone you care about, you just don't stay silent or "let him do his business", guys

I dunno, I've never been to New York and haven't spent a whole lot of time on public transit, but that is clearly the countenance and reaction of a guilty man to me.
