You know I am impressed people are able to do that, I would expect the area would be off limits and there would be a fence or something. Not that I am blaming the authorities or anything. Adults are always responsible for their actions.
Rally courses have been cancelled in the past due to stupid people standing in dangerous spots.Rally fans are insane.
