The BME pain olympics video is a video with a bunch of clips of people doing stupid shit to their bodies - BME stands for "body modification extreme". Some of the tamer clips are genuine and come from websites where people like to do stupid shit like extreme piercing, implanting metal/silicone studs, etc. But the ones people freak out about are the one where people are nailing their dick to a board and chopping it off, ripping their balls out, etc. These are faked.

You may have indeed seen the BME pain olympics clips that everyone talks about.
(Of course, you may have also seen something real.)
