Lets say it was from Gearbox, how does that in any capacity mean they aren't working with the console? Also, a simple google search will show you that Gearbox was not the only developer who worked on Borderlands 3. Edit: Also this XVA being "broken" is not found by any real source.

What I do find funny is that a few days ago Nvidia revealed they are working with Microsoft on the Direct Storage API and even are using Borderlands 3 as a benchmark game for outlets like DF. Its almost like Borderlands 3 has been in development with these new cards and API's in mind?

PMing someone privately to complain at them, instead of doing it public is some weak fucking sauce.

If you have a problem with what someone posts, at least have the balls to confront them on it in the same forum.

Ignore 'em HeisenbergFX4 HeisenbergFX4 - you're only making educated guesses, and being upfront about that, rather than trying to pass off what you know as definite scoops. More people around the industry would be well served to copy your approach 👍

Why do you believe Sony plans to "bleed them out" still when Microsoft, by their own admittance, doesn't really view them as competition and are going in a completely different direction?

Seems folly to continue to hold off, right?

My top recommendations for next gen are quite simple: LG C9/CX (Deal with 24-30fps stutter, potential burn-in)
Sony X900H (Deal with LCD lack of perfect blacks).

You posted a tweet from Randy Pitchford and tried to use that as evidence that somehow Gearbox isn't working with Microsoft. Which again for the 3rd or 4th time, I never once claimed the developer I spoke to was from Gearbox. I also never said it wasn't. But you seem to not be able to grasp that. A simple Google Search will tell you that Randys Team (Gearbox Texas) did not start on Borderlands 3. Gearbox Quebec (not Randys Team) is the team that started on Borderlands 3. Eventually making it a collaboration.

2K is in charge of the publishing of Borderlands. And they have in the past hired out or used differernt teams to make different games in their franchises like Bioshock and Borderlands.

Its very common for teams to hire out for projects. See Batman Arkham Origins which wasn't developed by Rocksteady. Like in the case with 2K Australia and Borderlands the Pre Sequel.

You seem to be the only one that has an issue with this post and you keep questioning how I "got it past" the mods. I got it passed by proving its source and legitimacy. Why you have such a hard time with this, I do not know. Question whatever you want.

So again, if you wish to keep talking about this I am done doing it in this thread. If you wish to discuss this further my PM's are always open.

A racing gear/cockpit maker leaked GT7 earlier this year before the game was announced.

They also said it was 2020, alongside Dirt 5, Automobilista 2, and F1 2020 (all 2020 games.)

Could be launch. Could be delayed to fall 2021.

I'll apologize if perhaps my original reply came off to blunt. Which is totally possible cause internet. It just rather gets old reading pretty much the same replies over and over (not you in particular, just in general.) My account is indeed new-ish. But I've lurked and read here for quite a few years. Frankly the last thing we need are people who are helpful ran off and i'm personally not cool with seeing it happen. So again apologies if it came off to blunt. Just a next gen discussion without fud and (see past full of running ppl off and antagonizing) is always better lol. Anyways moving on now. *insert waiting on preorder meme here*

Sorry to hear that, but I understand. I'm glad you enjoy sharing because I certainly enjoy reading your posts but it's definitely the case that some people take this shit way too seriously. This would be hard at the best of times but add the mental health impact caused by COVID and lockdowns and I'm sure that theres some real crazy out there.

Oh yeah that Ford GT is a magnificent car. Sad that the new GT isn't a V8. Nothing sounds better than a high revving naturally aspirated V8.

I am not sure you understand what my response meant or what I am saying in essence. Focusing on his thinking about Film/TV being 24fps being accurate, I am in agreement.

I definitely keep up with the thread and mostly everyone's post for sure lol. I quoted him but I probably should've quoted a portion. My apologies there if my response seemed misleading.

If we assume they started development after their last entry, GT7 should have started development around the end of 2017, R&C around mid 2016 and Demon's Souls some time early 2018 I think the games are pretty much done at this point.
