My guess when I saw this a couple days back was 1018 to either be a different color or different editionIf we look at the PS4 numbers, and bring that to PS5, then obviously CFI = PS5.
It looks like 1001 and 1011 were just launch PS4s but the english and spanish variants.
1015 and 1018 could just be different regional models, or they could perhaps be for special editions (Spider-Miles?)
Any Pro or Slim model would not be 1000 it would be 2000 or 7000 etc.
The ZAA1 could be the headphones.

But when you actually listen to him and understand that he knows what he's talking about what he said is that the PS5 GPU has features from RDNA1 almost all features from RDNA2 and feature that won't even be in RDNA2.

That's the wrinkle in what I was thinking. I was hoping for ending the show with pre order now. They still could do that if they sent those invites in the morning and opening those people's ability to order during the show. That, kinda sounds unlikely.. but.. maybe they open pre-orders the next day on Thursday. Who knows. I kinda thought doing this event on a Wednesday was unusual for them, so.. anything can happen.

-It was recorded from PS5
-The camera was adjustable in the first game so those shots could be taken from gameplay

Anyone interesting in the next-generation of discreet GPU's from AMD should watch this video, interesting stuff. Apparently "some" RDNA 2 cards will be hitting the same clock speeds as the PS5 GPU which is 2.23 Ghz, however the cards can't seem to go over that without having issues like logic breakdown, same reason to why the PS5 was not clocked higher than 2.23 Ghz as Mark Cerny pointed out, this seem's to be a constraint of the RDNA 2 architecture.
Another leak mentioned that the RDNA 2 GPU's will have an "Infinity Cache", this will be around 128 MB of cache memory and will apparently mitigate the slower memory bandwith. Interestingly enough RGT has mentioned a few times now that the PS5 will not have bandwidth issues and this is what he's heard from developers, this is due to its "robust caching system".

My thoughts exactly. Right now, given the times we're living in, most people (if not all, myself included) aren't looking for raw power or anything like that, rather than the best possible value for our bucks.
PS5 normal and XSX are for elitists who are truly hardcore fans of each respective platform. PS5DE and XSS are for the rest of us.

Just on this... bear in mind Bloodborne was free on PS Plus in 2018, and remains one of the most downloaded titles in the program ever, and there are over forty million people with PS Plus. I'd imagine it's free downloads outstripped it's total sales figure by some margin.

Maybe from their reference designs. But Saphire, Zotac, EVGA, and so one have had plenty of 3 fan designs.

This remind me of a weird thing i experimented this gen.
Bought Bloodborne from some guy, then surprise it has only english subtitles. It wasn't big problem tho, but then the problem is that i couldn't buy DLC "old hunters" from my EU account.
I created an UK account, and still couldn't, same with US account (even tho the copy is likely EU)
I was like 30 hours on it, before finish it i sold it, then rebuy a proper EU copy that has all EU languages, then finally.............. I COULD buy DLC, and this was a master piece DLC just like the game itself.
I even tweet Shu back then to ask him if BB DLC was region locked, he didn't reply after week, then i told him something like "i hope i get answer before PS5 release (it was in 2015 btw), then he answered and said yes it's region locked lol (obviously it was but wanted to be ultra sure before selling the first copy)
Those CUH codenames remind me of this lol, cause i was trying to see what this copy is from based CUH..
What a game tho, easily one of the best/BEST game of this gen easy.
