You know these consoles are being manufactured for quite some time, don't you? It doesn't matter how they will deliver it, it's done. Unless the first thing we see when it's turned on is a screen asking us to wait for UI download.

In Japan on PS1234 the circle button and the cross button are swapped compared to the west.

Japanese is right to left and a circle is "yes" and a cross is "no"essentially for them. The circle is the right most button as well.

Same reason why Nintendo puts A to the right of B and uses A as their main confirm button.

But in the west, circles and crosses are viewed the opposite I guess, so we use X for yes and O for no. And we read/write left to right.

I don't know what cuts he's talking about as i haven't seen any cuts in the gif myself. Only a halving of loading time from 10 seconds in Geoff's video to 5 seconds in this recent gameplay, a very nice reduction might i add!!!
 
Pause options in upcoming games that build around the SSD? Give me flashbacks from old consoles, it would be cool if we can pause a game while screensaver/screenshot and lore running in background.

This issue is still fundamentally, its game to game dependent. just need to chill and wait to see cross gen games.
 
At first renders i hated PS5 look, it was kinda distraction space machine. XsX looked much more minimalistic and i preferred it. But now conparing those two in RL photos XSX just look like lazy design work. PS5 is still strange but really brave design. And I started to like it.
