I think that a true honest answer should come from someone unbiased that was involved with the community. Unfortunately, I think that there's no such thing here, especially on this thread. We are here just for the meltdowns.

Seriously now, the way I see, they managed to create a safe space to minorities, but that pretty much guaranteed those minorities the right of do and say whatever they want for the sake of historical reparation. And everyone who is offended or doesn't agree with the hostility of the environment is an offender.

I understand mods working for free in a forum that doesn't generate profits, or that barely gets them to pay the servers and to pay a few admins. But doesn't seem to be the case.

You'd think the mods would notice and just stop posting for the night, but with such big egos they cant help but keep it going.

Amazing how it's such a united front among the mods that people calling others cracker and Morrigan saying "don't worry white people, you cant be that fragile about the word" is allowed.

Maybe I'll post some thoughts going back as someone that has been around both spots fpr a long time. I too have a list of grievences, but there is no need to dance around them in a show of self-righteousness or trash everything around me. It's always been about the people, communities & sharing gaming & life to me. Don't waste time with the extremist's, take what you want & give what you want/can..
