no i wouldnt have watched it if the rockets weren't playing, it was the series that Yao went down in game 3 or 4 with his foot injury and the rockets still took them to game 7.

The Raiders should prefer to win the WC and play at Houston as opposed to playing the Steelers at home. So you should be praying for a Tebows win and a Raiders win, though I doubt any single deity would answer that joint prayer

Let's see, will your prayer work vs. Tebow's prayer? Do you go to church every Sunday? Do you travel to foreign lands to build homes for small poverty-stricken children? Do you visit hospitals and rest your blessed hands on the sick and give them hope for life? Have you striven to resist the temptations of women to purify your seed for the fruitfulness of your life?

If you have done these thngs, then perhaps your prayer can beat Timmeh's prayer.

If your defense isn't good enough to stop them, then be prepared to deal with the aftermath.

I agree with that, but it was just a bit on the excessive side to me, especially the PA announcer.


Also I want Tebow in the playoffs and to actually win a playoff game just for the hilarity from the reactions of the analysts.

Of course the Eagles or their insider sources will claim Juan will be back, they won't announce it now. But if after a year of this debacle of an experiment he doesn't get the boot then I don't what would. They still rank at the bottom in red zone D and Juan had far more talent to work with than did McDermott. Why should Juan get another shot when the goal is to win now?

Its bad enough they take chances with "reach" picks in the draft but now we as fans have to also be patient enough to see if our coaches pan out and learn on the fly? If Juan is back its simply because Reid's ego is way too big to let anyone else come in from the outside, have autonomy over the D, and dare do something Reid disagrees with.

Juan Castillo is not a real DC and he shouldn't be back. What they did with Brad was far different. Everyone in the organization knew Brad wanted to be a HC and would be leaving sooner than later, Marty was embarrassed after being the coach of the Lions, and Reid wanted to do a favor to his buddy Marty. Marty wasn't brought on to fix the offense, the offense was what it was with mediocre WRs until they acquired TO.

And I don't care how they get LBs, its so pathetic now they need to sign the best available FA LB and still draft 2-3 LBs early in the draft. No more 6-7th round picks starting or guys selected way too early in the 4th round based on a family name who then get inserted into the starting line up before TC.
 
All Steelers players should be extra cautious this week. Goodell is most likely looking to suspend a few key players on the team before the postseason.

Is it possible to rename the NFC East the Tebow Division, in that we all know they suck, yet ESPN hypes them up like they are actually relevant?
 
So TO was at the Kings game last night (in Sacramento - about 90 miles from Santa Clara), and the Niners just release Braylon earlier today.... Hmm.

Listening to clips of the PA announcer, since I could not hear him at the game, It is not the normal announcer, It sounds like Bobby Hebert shouting Drew Brees. It most have been all that time he spent in Atlanta that made him so dirty and disrespectful.

I want to be a huge Bucks fan but with the modern NBA it almost seems like there isn't a point to be a fan of teams outside the top 10 franchises. Doesn't help that when people talk about contraction in the NBA, I have no doubt in my mind that the Bucks are going to be on that list for discussion.

And the Patriots will lose to the Bills, putting the greatest franchise in the history of sports at the top of the AFC. Making the division:

1. Steelers 2. Cheatriots 3. Houston Chokesans 4. Never Televised 5. Baltimore Thugs and 6. Bungles
