Well there's the rookies, Andrew Luck on the Indianapolis Colts and Robert Griffin on the Washington Redskins. Obviously they have yet to play a game.
Cam Newton is in his second year on the Carolina Panthers, he was the first overall draft pick last year.
Also Andy Dalton on the Cincinnati Bengals. He's in his second year too.
(Some of this is obvious but I don't know how much background you have.)

There are 10 first or second year qb's starting this year, so a young qb will be easy to find.

Thanks guys. I'm gonna watch a few Colts games and see how I like it. I love Peyton and I also reallllly like the Lucas Oil stadium so I have a bit of a soft spot for the Colts as it is. Could work.
