The Indian restaurants here definitely seem to get it right. you can always smell stuff cooking from the roadway and this city is known for having one of the highest restaurants per capita in the US. I live right in the middle of a neighborhood surrounded by over 40 restaurants, and Im not just talking about fast food. the nearest Indian place is about a mile down the road.
Good indian food definitely doesnt smell awful. It smells unbelievably mouth watering.
