It was a garbage call, but you still have to step up and show some mettle afterward instead of giving up an easy TD in two plays.

its just not fair because stafford makes an aggressive move towards the line of scrimmage and then towards the first down line, then at the last second slides. you have a millisecond as a defender to decide on what to do. if you just let up and stafford goes head first, sailing right by you past the first down, you're going to get chewed out. if you try to hit him as he is aggressively running you get called. really tough for defensive players
