Those guys were just trolling I think. The "gun" has an orange tip on it. Still they are gang members using the "Fir" which is slang Norteno gangs use (Northern Mexican Mafia). Norteno colors are red.
In Los Angeles/San Diego we got the Surenos (x3, Southern Mexican Mafia). Sureno colors are blue.
Both embarrass the state of California.
