I'm so old that I remember when snowplow gate happened. I didn't see it live, but I remember going to my uncle's sometime after that game and he was going on and on about the guy driving a snowplow onto the field.
It was before my time, but it was like a odd legend around here. Probably the most memorable thing of this shit franchise.

I remember my dad laughing hysterically about it. I don't we saw the game live. I think he was telling us about like 3 weeks later (thats how long it took the newspapers to recap the games back then).
I was pretty young when this happened so I barely understood football and didn't understand why you couldn't just plow the snow off the field. This one made as much sense as offensive holding at the time.
That is disrespectful to the very large and drunk victims of that tragedy.
The Omega Mus, who were affected the most, have advised me to tell you to go fuck yourself.

Goddamn this sucks. Woke up today forgetting what happened yesterday. Remembering it feels like I'm watching it all over again. I was in shock for an hour afterwards, barely said anything while having dinner with the gf. She isn't a sports fan by any means, so her compassion levels are non-existent. I told her that if we have kids, they can choose on their own whether or not they want to be sports fans. I wouldn't knowingly induct them into such fandom when shit like this is possible.

This is true, because I'm not sure when it was we were at my uncles house, don't think it was the same day as the game. I'm thinking it was more at Xmas time which was like two weeks after that game and he was telling my dad about it.
