It has already hit the ground by that point
None of the replays showed the ball touch the ground. You can't assume it hit the ground, you need to see indisputable visual evidence.
It has already hit the ground by that point
You have to maintain control for the duration of the play regardless. Didn't you see that Megatron play years ago?He put his forearm down before that though? Two feet and an arm... how is that not down?
Anyways, that's game.
Complain about the rule but that wasn't a catch. I knew it right away.
First off he took two steps after he caught the ball. That rule needs to be changed.
I thought the league was rigged though for the Cowboys?
It's always been control to the ground or make a football move.First off he took two steps after he caught the ball. That rule needs to be changed.

You know the refs are horrendous when people start to wonder if games are fixed, and both sides equally saying they got the worst of the calls. They seriously have to fix the refs. NFL is far too cheap to do that though.
2 steps and an elbow. Whatever rule that states that isn't a catch needs to be thrown out.
And I don't give a shit about either team.
The elbow hitting the ground is completely irrelevant. It was a catch even with the rule, he has control of the ball with, hits the ground with elbow before ball hits the ground. That's a catch.

That's not the rule. Elbow down means nothing if not in control. It was a catch even with the rule, he has control of the ball with, hits the ground with elbow before ball hits the ground. That's a catch.
Yup.The NFL and referees gave a playoff win to the Green Bay Packers over the Dallas Cowboys.
Yeah, McDonald's, keep being supportive while you clog peoples arteries
Deano Blandino disagrees, my friend! It was a catch even with the rule, he has control of the ball with, hits the ground with elbow before ball hits the ground. That's a catch.
Sure, if you completely ignore the rule
Look on the bright side Cowboy fans, this rule will be changed without a doubt. It's garbage, that's a fucking catch, guy stretches out or whatever and the ball hits and it suddenly isn't. Hate it, and I'm positive it won't be enforced going forward, Jerry will get it changed.
Just like last week the call didn't decide this game. Hopefully fellow Cowboys fans don't act like Lions fans did.
