I'd feel bad for the New York fans who genuinely wanted it to happen, but it's funnier this way because absolutely nothing changes now

I disagree. This game won't help save Idzik because Geno was his guy and he constantly lobbied for him. I'm sure it was his call to keep Geno as the starter as long as he was. Vick coming in and outplaying him in every way only makes Idzik look worse.
