Players just need to learn that the act of "dislodging" the ball from a receiver is gone. You aren't gonna be able to do that anymore.

On that play, it's still probably the best play for a safety to make. The only penalty to doing that is a guaranteed touchback on the next drive if he holds on.

You give up 15 and a first if you dislodge it, but you save a guaranteed TD.

The incentives and penalties still aren't there for that situation.
