It probably just annoys him to no end that the in the moments after Rookie QB was named starter, he wasn't practicing for the game to the bone. Not to mention it implies his thought process before and after being named starter are different states of mind. And it probably gave JJ untold amounts of satisfaction to think that he was able to get two sacks on him because JJ thinks Rookie QB didn't work hard enough.
