Because the last three drafts have been solid? He should be held accountable for three years of poor drafting prior to that but ownership has said they were behind taking chances on those more risky picks.The draft philosophy has changed since then to our obvious benefit.

The Giants simply do not fire GM's unless something is terribly terribly broken (and no being 5-7 and in just about every game despite yet another year of endless injuries is not terribly terribly broken). It's not going to happen. Reese will have his first opportunity to choose a new HC in the offseason. If he fucks that up and the team continues to flounder? Yeah, he's gone.

I think Tomsula keeps the job even if he went 4-12. I think he's safe regardless, unless we just get outright embarrassed like the Arizona game 3-4 weeks straight.

I'd also like Tomsula gone. Just don't think it happens. Gabbert has essentially bought himself a career as a lifetime backup in the NFL if nothing else with this 4 game stretch.

What's the Cap situation for next offseason? I read/saw that it was $30+ million, is that still right?

I know Cough fucked this game up but I blame Reese a ton more.
