Plenty of qbs can play well in bad weather. The bad weather should never be used as an excuse for missing wide open guys unless their is like a 30mph wind. It's only really cold, and not super windy. The weather should not be hurting Wilson this much period.

The ball is harder, your hands fucking hurt, you can't feel them... yes super cold weather effects the passing game.
