Catching up on training camp practice notes from over the weekend. Sounds like Wentz and the receivers have improved immensely, with Wentz looking particularly sharp. Obviously training camp doesn't mean much, but the praise is coming from the same beat writers that often noted Wentz' frequent accuracy and consistency issues during OTAs. So at least in practice he's improved, now just gotta hope that carries over to actual game time. On the flip side, after a stellar spring, looks like Barnett is facing some rookie growing pains. He's still been flashing excellence but has been having some trouble once the pads came on. Not too worrying, he's still got a lot of room to grow.

I think with the new receivers and this O-Line, the Eagles have a chance to be special.
I have that optimism every year, so don't hold me to it.
