I'm pretty sure the rest of Lions-GAF wants a corner.

:kas is just special.

PD and plinko might have just been putting on a show, but they were fully aboard the wr train last I saw.

To be fair, I would also accept the names "Anthony Barr", "Ha Ha Clinton-Dix (begrudgingly)", "We traded back and got Odell Beckham at like #15" or "HOLY SHIT WE TRADED UP TO #3 AND TOOK KHALIL MACK AND ONLY GAVE UP A 2ND FOR IT"

But yes, I would like Gilbert. I am wary of Lions picking MSU products in the 1st round after the last time ... (Hi, Charles! How's McDonald's treating you?)

I'm pretty sure that my aunt was in Roger's drunk driving court/mandated classes.

Preemptive point & laugh at whoever drafts Bust Bortles.

Also following football will become unbearable if Manziel somehow falls to Dallas.

Do the right thing, BoB

By trading with the Falcons to get DAT CLOWNEY. You guys can have Manziel at 6.

I want a safety. CB is the boring pick I'm indifferent about. It's a position that takes 2-3 years to develop so I don't see it helping much this year. I think safety would be a much bigger help right away. Mayhew has drafted a ton of CBs already that need another year to see how well they take to the league. It's a huge need pick, though, so I would totally be fine with it.

I fully expect them to take Gilbert or Dennard.

Guys I'd be happy with:

Watkins
Evans
Donald
Gilbert
Clinton-Dix
Beckham Jr.

Guys I do not want:

ANTHONY BARR (emphasis to show how much I don't want this guy)
Ebron

I want an outside LB but I'm not crazy about Barr...so I'd like to trade down a bit and get MSU's Denard. We already have a ton of CBs but with Chris Houston's injury issue we probably need an upgrade. Wouldn't mind a safety.

I don't want a WR in the first round. This is the deepest WR draft in ages, we can get a variety in the second round. Including:

-Allen Robinson (6'3)
-Donte Moncrief
- Jordan Matthews
-Kelvin Benjamin (6'5)

Any of them could be a really good #3 receiver for us.

Agreed on the receivers.

Looks like we're of like mind here. Though personally, I'm not really a fan of picking Donald. I'd rather go with a mid round DT instead of him.

@Bischoff_Scott
Lions talking to Houston about the compensation required to come to No. 1 for Clowney. If what I heard is right it is too much in my opinion

@dpbrugler
Good chance the #Browns don't pick at 4 or 26...many around the league expect CLE to move around and be selectively aggressive

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Barr is quite a boom or bust pick. Considering we seemingly got lucky with a player like that last year (Ansah) I don't want to gamble again.

Trade down for extra second round pick. Dream scenario:

1st: Dennard or best safety
2nd: Van Noy
2nd: best WR available

Hear, hear. I really like Benjamin or Robinson as a #3.

As a Vikings fan for the first time in a LONG time I trust what our new coach does.. hope his voice is the one that wins out.

On one hand: Ansah/Suh/Fairley/Clowney front four would mean that whatever QB the Vikings drafted would be dead by the end of 2014.

On the other hand: NO NO NO NO NO NO MAYHEW

Kas????? Oh my.

Just because they're talking doesn't mean that they are doing the trade.

Although, admittedly, I'd love to see that D-line...

Kas????? Oh my.

If this is true, does that mean Lions gonna trade Suh, or are they actually going to trade 2 other 1st round picks.

Don't do it Mayhew!

Only trade up if you can trade a 1st and a 4th to take Mack or Watkins.

Cleveland and San Francisco will set off chain reactions all night that destroy most mock draft sheets. It shall be fun times!

I will continue my yearly ritual of staying up till 3am only to watch the pats trade out of the first round completely.

Fixed for you there, Dufresne.

I know. I know. Another receiver.

But The Lions will do something dumb with their pick . At least Watkins is an elite player.

Trading to #1 for Watkins would be a fireable offense. If we did it I'd take Clowney over Mack...

Agreed.

Trading to #1 for Watkins would be highly idiotic.

I targeted Mack because I didn't think that they would move up to #1.

I'm preparing for disappointment.
