Well apparently half the league is trying to trade up for a QB so I'm thinking the 49ers apparently had lots of other calls coming in. And apparently scouts think Trubisky has the potential to be great?

I mean my fellow Bears fans were screaming for them to trade everything for Jimmy Garoppolo based on having thrown like 40 career passes so we're apparently fine with guys who have limited game film.
