I have no idea what the league will do to solve its OL problems. The teams that get reliable line play is less than 10

That's about how many get competent QB play. I think free agency hurts teams the most in the OL department. Hard to pay everybody, a good guard is going to cost you 10m per on average in a couple of years. On top of that, you control players for 4-6 years and it usually takes a couple of years to get all the OL pieces, and that's hoping you don't get injuries or miss in the draft.
